1# Plan your morning. Wake up the right way and make a suggestion of positivity - that you will have a great day!

2# Start the day with simple physical exercise. Also, ensure silent time for reflective meditation to tune into stillness and focus.

3# Spend a few minutes to plan and visualise your day ahead. See how you can improve or do things differently.

4# Before you start your routine, practice simple breathing exercises to oxygenate and energize your body and mind. Breathe in, hold and breathe out, each to the count of 4. Do this 5 times.
